  • Understanding of clinical workflows and data standards (HL7, FHIR).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Ontario’s healthcare landscape.
  • Certification in Project Management or Process Improvement preferred.
  • Expertise in clinical information systems and data management.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
