Data Strategy Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled, hands-on Data Strategy Analyst with deep expertise in Real-World Data (RWD) to support and scale our data operations.

In Short

• Manage external data vendors and ensure timely data delivery.
• Conduct data feasibility assessments and maintain RWD asset inventory.
• Perform data pulls and transformations for ad-hoc requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data needs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal privacy policies.
• Build solution prototypes using Snowflake, SQL, Python, and AWS.
• Support audits related to data access and vendor compliance.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Travel required: 15%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, or Computer Science; Master’s preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant industry experience in Data Analysis or similar fields.
• Deep understanding of Real-World Data including claims and EMR.
• Experience with Datavant or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, AWS, and Tableau.
