Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist is responsible for managing collections of outstanding accounts receivable, resolving customer billing issues, and reducing delinquency.

In Short

• Manage assigned accounts and collection reports.
• Resolve client billing problems and reduce accounts receivable delinquency.
• Identify issues contributing to account delinquency.
• Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
• Ensure accurate client contact information in D365.
• Apply customer payments daily.
• Monitor and adjust billing information in D365.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: Accounting or Finance Associate Degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 3-7 years in finance or accounting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Hands-on knowledge of accounting software.
• Great communication skills, both oral and written.
