Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to support our client with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collection calls.

In Short

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Make collection calls and send payment reminders via email or phone.
• Process payments and update records in accounting software (Yardi experience preferred).
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding outstanding balances.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Provide regular reports on collections and outstanding accounts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or bookkeeping.
• Some knowledge of Yardi (or experience with similar accounting/property management software).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and with persistence.
• Proficiency in Excel and general accounting principles.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.
