Overview

We are looking for an Agency Manager to finalize the creation of the Toulouse agency and meet our ambitions for commercial development and diversification.

In Short

  • Responsible for creating, qualifying, and managing a prospecting file.
  • Prospecting and commercial development (50% of the role).
  • Managing a client portfolio effectively with regular follow-ups.
  • Producing quality presentation materials.
  • Integrating and managing team members' career plans.
  • Organizing HR or client events for networking opportunities.
  • Maintaining quality relationships with clients and collaborators.
  • Challenging oneself to develop a new business unit.
  • Adapting to collaborate fluidly with the Montpellier site.
  • Ensuring a high quality of service.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial prospecting.
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Higher education in commerce.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial development, ideally in technical assistance.
  • Dynamic and perseverant personality.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information.
  • Autonomy in work.
  • Pedagogical approach to team management.
