Overview

Everbridge is seeking a Senior Account Executive to cultivate customer relationships and drive growth opportunities within organizations.

In Short

• Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
• Identify and close growth opportunities for additional products or services.
• Work with the Renewals Manager to ensure successful renewals.
• Expand customer utilization of products and services.
• Review customer usage to mitigate potential escalations.
• Assist Technical Support in resolving customer-related issues.
• Schedule regular account reviews with customers.
• Maximize value of products and services for customers.
• Use CRM software effectively.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• 5+ years of sales experience with SaaS or hosted software.
• 8+ years of selling into larger commercial accounts.
• Proven experience in growing revenue within existing accounts.
• Background in consultative/Solution Sales process.
• History of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
