Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an operational leadership position.
• Success in developing and executing plans that improve operational metrics.
• Experience in leading teams to achieve high levels of performance.
• Experience managing operational workflows and teams.
• Experience building and optimizing processes and performance management frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation.
