Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an operational leadership position.
• Demonstrated success in improving operational metrics.
• Proven experience in leading teams.
• Experience managing operational workflows and teams.
• Significant experience in building and optimizing processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation.
