Requirements

• Studying Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Practical experience in recruiting or HR is a plus.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Positive demeanor, strong communication skills, and independent work style.
