We are looking for a dedicated student assistant to support our Human Resources team, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and organizing internal events.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's program in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proactive in implementing your own ideas.
  • Strong communication skills and an empathetic personality.
  • Initial practical experience in HR is a plus.
  • Basic technical proficiency and adaptability to new systems.
  • Initiative and responsibility.
  • Very good German and good English skills, as initial interviews may be in English.
