Overview

As a Tech Lead Developer, you will lead a team in enhancing a Laboratory Information Management System while ensuring quality and meeting user requirements.

In Short

• Lead Development teams in a local line management capacity.
• Set targets and mentor the team.
• Ensure quality in team development.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Design, develop, and deploy changes to the LIMS.
• Support the LIMS in collaboration with team members.
• Choose appropriate technical solutions for user requirements.
• Estimate complexity and workload for development tasks.
• Implement good practices and high quality standards.
• Work with Engineers/QA to ensure high quality solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Embarcadero Delphi.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of relational databases.
• Experience in Agile software development practices.
• Collaboration experience with Business Analysts and Architects.
• Experience in test-driven development.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or similar.
