Social Compliance Lead Auditor - Remote

Overview

The Social Compliance Lead Auditor will execute assigned social compliance audits for Eurofins’ clients, primarily in the US, while managing and developing social compliance auditors.

• Lead execution of social compliance audits.
• Manage and develop junior auditors.

• Support operational results with 14 billable days/month.
• Maintain integrity in audit service delivery.
• Utilize strong organizational skills in audit processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in professional services/auditing.
• 3 years of team management experience.
• APSCA CSCA certificate/license.
• Significant knowledge of social audits and methodologies.
• General knowledge of risk management and auditing concepts.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations and standards.
• Technical aptitude for assimilating new information.
