Overview

The Senior Social Compliance Auditor at SGS is responsible for performing third-party audits in accordance with certification procedures and standards, making decisions on the audit process, and leading audit teams.

• Perform social compliance certification audits per CSCA standards.
• Remain qualified for social audits and SMETA.
• Determine recommendations for certification based on audit evidence.
• Manage and oversee audit teams during the audit process.
• Collaborate with other auditors and maintain audit credentials.
• Assist in training other auditors.
• Travel up to 80% of the time for audits.
• Adhere to internal standards and policies.
• Participate in witness audits by SGS or accreditation bodies.
• Undertake additional activities as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or food.
• CSCA certification required.
• 5+ years of management experience in the Food/Agri industry.
• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience as a lead auditor.
• Experience in delivering training is preferable.
