Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Problem Analyst Intern to join our Problem Management Team within a dynamic IT environment, supporting a multi-application Program. This role is critical for proactively monitoring, analysing, and resolving recurring incidents across our suite of applications.

• Duration: 3 months internship.
• Office Address: Goemare building, Chaussee de Wavre 1945 1040 Auderghem.
• Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days of on-site work per week.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis on recurring issues.
• Conduct proactive monitoring and analysis of incoming system alerts.
• Track and manage the Problem records backlog.
• Work closely with support and development teams.
• Data-Driven RCA with metrics from application logs.
• Follow up with relevant teams to track progress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
