Overview

As an intern at Ensono, you will have a direct impact working with your team and also take part in programming provided by our Training and Development team. This will include project work, professional development, a business challenge culminating in presenting to our executive leadership team, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of change and configuration management principles.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Advanced understanding of Excel, Power Point, and Word (preferred).
• Knowledge of Service Now Ticketing System (preferred).
