Overview

HELPLINE is seeking an M&A intern to support its growth strategy and acquisitions in a dynamic and expanding environment.

In Short

• Assist in identifying and researching acquisition targets.
• Conduct market studies and competitive analyses.
• Develop methodologies for analyzing acquisition opportunities.
• Analyze financial and commercial data of targets.
• Participate in due diligence and evaluation of targeted companies.
• Prepare strategic presentations for decision-making committees.

Requirements

• Final year student in a Bac +5 program (business school, university, or engineering school with a finance specialization).
• First experience in M&A, strategic consulting, corporate finance, audit, or private equity preferred.
• Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and synthesis ability.
• Team player in a demanding environment.
• Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English required; another language is a plus.
