Pharmaceutical Statistician - Remote

Overview

This role is focused on providing expert statistical applications and technical support to commercial products across multiple client sites and external manufacturing partners, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice.

In Short

• Fulltime, permanent position working 36.5 hours a week.
• Homebased within the UK, with consideration for overseas applicants.
• Support statistical activities to ensure delivery to standards, quality, and time.
• Provide statistics/modelling support for drug product formulation and manufacturing.
• Responsible for statistical considerations during technical and analytical transfers.
• Support drug product shelf-life assessments through trending of stability data.
• Enhance practical problem solving and issue resolution with statistical thinking.
• Apply DOE techniques for understanding and improvements.
• Drive quality, regulatory, improvement, and productivity activities.
• Maximize global data integration and interpretability.

Requirements

• MSc/PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Experience in CMC Documentation is ideal.
• Understanding of key statistical concepts and their practical applications.
• Experience with statistical modelling and data analysis using R, Python, SAS, or similar.
• Knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements related to the work.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship building.
• Good understanding of OSD product life-cycle.
