D365 FO / SCM Finance Consultant and Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The D365FO Finance Consultant & Business Analyst will support the global deployment of the D365FO finance solution across more than 40 countries, working with finance users and IT teams.

In Short

• Work closely with finance users and IT teams for D365FO deployment.
• Configure and maintain D365FO Finance modules.
• Lead data migration activities.
• Provide training and support during project phases.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Assess finance processes and validate requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Lead functional streams during country rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate across Finance, IT, and regional teams.

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience with Microsoft ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in operational finance roles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Project management certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (20%-40%).
