In Short

• The position is 100% remote, except for onboarding.
• Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and configuring projects related to EHR.
• Works closely with the EHR core team and external vendors.
• Identifies areas of optimization and improved business processes.
• Executes build and test for EHR optimizations.
• Requires experience in EHR systems and business process mapping.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the U.S.
• Background checks and drug screens are required.
• Experience in Agile environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL SQL is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant.
• Experience with EHR software maintenance and configuration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in process improvements and IT systems integration.
• Good understanding of healthcare workflows.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Familiarity with JIRA and test automation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience in a government or correctional environment is a plus.
