Consultant, Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Consultant, Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the organization's businesses and IT systems development teams to align business strategies and capability needs, ensuring IT systems enable their desired value.

In Short

• Manage requirement changes, ensuring traceability and auditability.
• Focus on business process changes, improvements, and requirements during IT projects.
• Create and maintain current and future-state functional models and business process flows.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Project Managers, and Technical Leads.
• Develop use cases as a communication tool between business and technical teams.
• Contribute to the creation of test scenarios and scripts.
• Interact with Project Managers to track project progress and identify risks.
• Maintain technical knowledge in business analysis and current trends.
• Understand supported applications to ensure project scope is complete.
• Proficient in Microsoft standard desktop applications.

Requirements

• Basic SalesForce experience preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience with project requirement gathering from non-technical end users.
• Agile framework experience.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to estimate effort and duration of tasks.
• Self-starter with excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
