Overview

The Systems Engineer (Teams Voice) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Teams Voice and other cloud voice platforms while ensuring system performance and security.

In Short

• Design, implement, and manage Teams Voice.
• Manage and maintain Teams Voice and other cloud voice platforms.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Monitor system performance using SolarWinds and other tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide tier 2/3 support.
• Maintain system documentation and Change management records.
• Understand cloud security and compliance best practices in Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources.
• Work with Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO integrations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering with cloud expertise.
• Strong experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Active Directory and Identity & Access Management.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience in an enterprise or multi-tenant environment.
• Strong documentation and change management control experience.
