Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Skype System Engineer Voice to manage and support voice services for a telecommunications client in Zurich.

In Short

• Manage and maintain Skype for Business infrastructure and Teams Phone services.
• Provide 2nd Level Support for issues and problems.
• Implement service and change requests.
• Work in an agile environment with opportunities for team collaboration.

Requirements

• Completed education in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in managing Skype for Business and/or Teams Phone environments.
• Experience in 2nd Level Support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of agile methods and experience in application.
• Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
