Overview

As an IT Consultant or Business Analyst, you bridge the gap between the business sector and IT. You analyze processes, develop requirements together with our clients, and accompany their realization from the initial idea to successful technical implementation.

In Short

• Consult and manage classic and agile IT projects from inception to successful implementation.
• Capture, analyze, and manage requirements while coordinating with departments and development teams.
• Actively support the optimization and development of IT systems and processes.

Requirements

• Professional experience in the conception, implementation, and management of IT projects.
• Technical skills combined with analytical thinking and methodological experience in IT project management or business analysis.
• Basic knowledge in software development, programming, and databases.
• Experience in banking and insurance sectors is advantageous.
• Structured, independent work style with a preference for open communication with clients and colleagues.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1).
