IT Business Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Senior IT Business Consultant at Fiserv, you will play a key role in the design, development, and configuration of forms and documents within the Open Solutions DNA area—one of the industry’s leading core banking systems. Your work will directly support new client implementations, ensuring successful deployment and setup of the DNA software.

In Short

• Design and develop forms and documents for the DNA platform
• Configure and archive forms media relevant to the DNA platform
• Support new clients through the DNA software implementation process
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for Windows workstations and servers
• Collaborate directly with clients remotely and in person
• Work on both day-to-day implementation projects and professional services engagements
• Contribute to high-impact projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Help drive business growth through expert solution delivery
• Ensure client requirements are effectively met

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing forms and documents for technical platforms
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows, including workstations and servers
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field
• Experience with SQL development
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS
• Knowledge of SSL protocols
• Experience with Fiserv DNA and WMF technologies
• Familiarity with ECM platforms
• Experience with regulatory form management workflows
