In Short

• Responsible for providing Compliance oversight for eToro Money UK.
• Design and oversee the regulatory compliance monitoring program.
• Advise the Board on complex regulatory issues and the regulatory landscape.
• Maintain a positive relationship with the FCA.
• Oversee drafting and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
• Chair the Firm’s Safeguarding Committee.
• Review and approve financial promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Manage a small team of compliance professionals.
• Work on compliance projects with third parties like VISA and Mastercard.
• Act as a designated FCA-approved EMD Individual.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of EMI/PSP/card issuing activities.
• Subject matter expert in Electronic Money Regulations and related laws.
• Over 5 years of experience in a senior compliance role.
• Experience building relationships with the FCA and FOS.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in filing regulatory reports.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• University-level education.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Organised and articulate.
