• First point of contact for our customers via chat, email, and phone
• Processing inquiries with the highest professionalism according to our corporate guidelines
• Representing the eToro brand and providing a first-class service experience
• Supporting our customers in all questions regarding our platform

Requirements

• Fluent German at a native level and very good English skills
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service (career changers welcome)
• Strong communication skills and high customer service orientation
• Resilient and eager to learn
• Independent working style
• Team player mentality and high self-motivation
• Basic knowledge of financial markets is an advantage
