• Seeking a full-time Medical Canvassing Specialist (REMOTE) with prior experience in call center/medical setting/insurance claims.
• Responsible for canvassing medical facilities such as hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Make phone calls on behalf of insurance providers to ascertain dates of service.
• Obtain records from medical facilities.
• Document all information gathered into detailed reports.
• Provide weekly updates to clients regarding progress of files.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous call center or medical (insurance) related experience required.
• High School Diploma Required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Skills: Organization, Time Management, Phone and Interpersonal Skills, Microsoft Office.
