• Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B lifecycle marketing strategy.
• Lead and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing lifecycle marketing team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Creative, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end campaign management process.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Continuously analyze client data and campaign results.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Understanding of experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations.
