In Short

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Maximize customer lifetime value and minimize churn.
  • Lead segmentation and personalized contact strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences.
  • Advise on marketing tech stack and trends.
  • Manage external vendor relationships.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on business results.
  • Drive customer retention initiatives and reactivation strategies.
  • Implement testing and optimization methodologies.
  • Support email marketing strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a lifecycle marketing role, preferably in DTC or e-commerce.
  • Experience with email, CRM, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, ARL).
  • Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships.
  • Creative approach to testing and optimizing customer journeys.
  • Interest in wine is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL, HTML, and Google Analytics is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
