In Short

  • Responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Maximize customer lifetime value and minimize churn.
  • Guide segmentation approach and develop personalized contact strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on business results.
  • Manage external vendor relationships.
  • Implement segmentation strategies using data.
  • Drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Optimize multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Support email marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing.
  • Deep experience in email, CRM, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and track performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
