Requirements

• Experience in a Business Partner position in a high growth company.
• Project management expertise with international delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience handling employee relations issues.
• Capability to lead HR projects and processes.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Excellent listening, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of operational HR processes and innovative HR practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
