Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, innovative, and versatile professional to elevate our marketing efforts, enhance event experiences, and streamline the production of essential reports and collateral. This role combines strategic marketing execution, meticulous project coordination, and creative content development, ideal for someone who excels at blending strategy with hands-on implementation.

In Short

• Ensure projects stay on schedule by managing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables efficiently.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing and content materials.
• Track performance metrics to optimize processes for future projects.
• Support and execute marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and audience engagement activities.
• Develop and manage collateral such as brochures, presentations, and multimedia content.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for virtual and in-person events.
• Oversee the production and publication of key reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and event partners.
• Foster collaboration and alignment across teams.
• Ensure reports effectively reach target audiences through marketing and event channels.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, marketing, event production/content, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Liberal Arts or Marketing).
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of publication design and content evaluation.
• Creative thinker with a willingness to take calculated risks.
