Senior Service Designer II - Remote

Overview

The Senior Service Designer II will work with a multifunctional product team to design high-performance services and interfaces for government clients, focusing on human-centered design methods and best practices.

Requirements

• Public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of IT experience, including 4 years in UX.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
• Agile environment experience.
• Ability to write reports and speak effectively.
• Experience with Salesforce and HCD research operations is a plus.
