In Short

• Develop and maintain business relationships with hotels.
• Expand your hotel portfolio to create a diverse and inspiring offering for our customers.
• Negotiate attractive conditions and exclusive deals to maximize customer benefits and company success.
• Responsible for the entire sales and contract process, from identifying potential partners to contract signing.
• Analyze relevant KPIs and develop measures for performance optimization.
• Close collaboration with internal departments.

Requirements

• Solid experience in sales and account management, ideally in the travel or hospitality sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in building strategic partnerships with business clients.
• Very good knowledge of the DACH travel market and the regional hotel industry.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Goal-oriented work style and experience with sales targets.
• Organizational talent and the ability to work efficiently and structured in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and good numerical understanding.
