Overview

ERIS is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive sales of environmental due diligence products and services in the Midwest region, working remotely from home.

In Short

  • Responsible for sales in Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.
  • Maximize revenue through customer relationships and sales strategies.
  • Conduct a minimum of 36 meetings per month with various customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for managing client communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials.
  • Travel 25% - 50% within the territory.
  • Provide product demonstrations to clients.
  • Strive to exceed sales goals and revenue growth.
  • Participate in professional organizations for lead generation.
  • Work from home while residing in the specified states.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and account management.
  • Knowledge of environmental due diligence products.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.
