Overview

ERIS is seeking a Support Specialist to provide non-technical support to customers and assist with onboarding clients to the SCRIVA report writing platform.

In Short

  • Join a dynamic team in the environmental risk industry.
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with onboarding clients to the SCRIVA platform.
  • Write support documents and troubleshooting guides.
  • Multi-task and track support cases and client requests.
  • Collaborate with sales and SCRIVA teams.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a checklist for recurring problems.
  • Troubleshoot application issues.
  • Work hours are 9 AM to 5 PM PST.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of SAAS-based systems.
  • Ability to write concise support documents.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn about ERIS products and the due diligence industry.
