Overview

PrimeVigilance is seeking a Medical Information Associate to support the Medical Information team in handling inquiries in English and French, focusing on adverse events and medical information.

In Short

• Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Document and report adverse events and product quality complaints.
• Track and document all medical inquiries in the database.
• Participate in out-of-hours medical information service as needed.
• Provide regular updates on project status to management.
• Assist with regulatory inspection preparedness.

Requirements

• Life science or healthcare-related degree.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to handle inquiries by phone.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced English and French skills, both verbal and written.
