Overview

The Manager, Regulatory and PV (Network) will lead and coordinate regulatory and pharmacovigilance activities, ensuring compliance and effective project management.

In Short

  • Lead regulatory and pharmacovigilance projects.
  • Develop project management plans and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Act as Local Contact Person for regulatory activities.
  • Provide strategic regulatory input to clients.
  • Coordinate training and compliance for local contact persons.
  • Prepare and review client and vendor invoices.
  • Mentor junior staff and foster professional relationships.
  • Ensure audit readiness and manage vendor qualifications.
  • Assist in business development activities.
  • Drive department initiatives and manage change implementation.

Requirements

  • University degree in Biomedical, Natural, or Health Sciences.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or regulatory roles.
  • Proven project management skills in a global context.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office applications.
