Overview

The Commercial Lines Client Manager in the Marine and Energy department is responsible for managing an assigned book of business, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing support in various insurance-related tasks.

In Short

  • Stay informed about industry developments.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with two days in the office.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in retail brokerage.
  • Knowledge of energy, renewable, and marine insurance.
  • Property and Casualty Broker License required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Agency Management Systems.
  • High attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze situations logically.
  • Experience in client relationship management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
