• Lead the HR technology roadmap and system governance.
• Oversee administration of UKG and related platforms (Deel, Lattice, Greenhouse).
• Manage configuration, security roles, workflows, integrations, and upgrades.
• Ensure data accuracy and deliver dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
• Support workforce planning, compensation cycles, and people analytics.
• Mentor HRIS team members and lead change management efforts.
• Drive process automation and cross-functional workflow improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and major HR technology projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of UKG experience (administration + project leadership).
• Experience managing or mentoring HRIS/HR operations staff.
• Strong HR process knowledge and reporting/analytics skills.
