Overview

The HRIS Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategy, administration, and optimization of our HR technology landscape, including PeopleSoft HCM, Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management Platform, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and other HR systems. This role leads system design, data integrity efforts, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives to support an efficient and scalable HR infrastructure.

In Short

  • Lead the HRIS function and serve as the primary owner of all HR systems.
  • Provide oversight of PeopleSoft HCM, including configuration and compliance.
  • Oversee the administration of additional HR systems such as LMS and ATS.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and vendors for system projects.
  • Develop and maintain reporting for actionable insights.
  • Monitor data accuracy and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Own system security and user access management.
  • Provide guidance on HRIS capabilities and best practices.
  • Deliver system training and support documentation.
  • Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR systems administration experience.
  • Experience managing HRIS platforms, preferably PeopleSoft HCM.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and ATS.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting tools experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
