In Short

• Support the development and execution of HRIS strategic plans.
• Collaborate with People leadership to improve operational efficiency.
• Help set milestones and goals for HRIS projects.
• Assist with budgeting for HRIS technology.
• Promote effective use of HRIS technologies across the organization.
• Oversee day-to-day HRIS system administration.
• Maintain and update policies and procedures for compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for insights.
• Provide training and ongoing support to HRIS users.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in HRIS or People systems administration.
• Experience with system integrations beyond the People function.
• Ability to build dashboards and generate impactful reporting.
• Strong knowledge of People/HR processes related to HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience gathering requirements and conducting user testing.
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects.
