Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the CEO. This role requires someone who can juggle high-level strategic support with hands-on assistance, working closely with the CEO to manage day-to-day operations and long-term projects.

In Short

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, book meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Draft and proofread emails, documents, presentations, and serve as the point of contact on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize and track strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across departments including Sales, Customer Service, Instructor Support, and Customer Success.
  • Implement and improve processes that enhance productivity and streamline operations.
  • Provide high-level administrative support that helps drive key business decisions and execution.
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Excellent or near-native English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Outstanding time-management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and project management platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently and adjusting to shifting priorities.
  • A passion for music and/or education is a strong plus.
