Senior Accountant – SaaS Finance Operations - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Accountant – SaaS Finance Operations to support and scale a fast-growing SaaS company’s accounting and finance operations.

In Short

• Prepare full-cycle Financial Statements and support month-end close processes
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial reports
• Own reconciliation processes related to deferred revenue and Accounts Receivable
• Manage equity accounting processes, including stock-based compensation
• Contribute to finance team projects and operational improvements
• Collaborate with Finance leadership and department heads on budget reviews
• Strong experience in SaaS companies or subscription-based business models preferred
• 3-6+ years of accounting experience required
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online preferred

Requirements

• CPA designation required
• Strong experience preparing full-cycle Financial Statements
• Deep understanding of month-end close processes
• Experience with deferred revenue and SaaS revenue recognition
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
