The Paid Ads Specialist will manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across various platforms in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

• Develop and execute tailored paid media strategies.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Create performance reports for internal teams and brand managers.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters for high-performing creatives.
• Work with CRM and landing page teams for optimized post-click experiences.
• Coordinate campaigns for lead generation and recruitment marketing.
• Align with brand-specific marketing leads for consistent strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media buying.
• Proven track record managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced use of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• English level: B2 or higher.
