Overview

We are a rapidly growing Home Services Contractor Marketing Agency seeking a results-driven Google Ads / Paid Media Specialist to optimize performance for our clients.

In Short

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for home services clients.
  • Monitor daily performance to ensure CPL targets and budget pacing.
  • Conduct regular account audits and identify areas for improvement.
  • Write and test compelling ad copy and responsive search ads.
  • Perform keyword research and manage match types.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Create monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Support and optimize Bing Ads and Google Local Services Ads.
  • Participate in client and internal meetings, presenting updates confidently.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Google Ads Editor.
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Experience managing YouTube and Microsoft Ads is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours with some flexibility.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive individual who thrives in remote environments.
