The Key Account Support Engineer provides advanced technical assistance to customers using Entrata’s comprehensive property management solutions, ensuring exceptional customer service and problem resolution.

In Short

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers via various communication channels.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Entrata’s property management solutions.
  • Work closely with Product and Development teams to address client needs.
  • Mentor and train colleagues in technical support practices.
  • Adapt to changing support needs of clients from diverse cultures.
  • Ensure efficient problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in product sprint reviews and trainings.
  • Proactively manage support cases based on skills and abilities.
  • Develop training materials and best practice documentation.
  • Provide root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support for Enterprise customers.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to learn software quickly and adapt to change.
  • Experience in creating and providing training.
  • Empathy and understanding to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Motivated and proactive attitude.
  • Experience in property management software is preferred.
