Entangle is seeking an experienced Sr Support Representative to provide exceptional support for its blockchain products, ensuring customer success and collaboration with various teams.

In Short

• Respond to technical customer requests and own them until resolution.
• Provide valuable feedback to the product team for improvements.
• Maintain support knowledge documentation.
• Update FAQ and assist discord moderators.
• Establish operational protocols for a global support team.
• Work in an on-call environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Handle a variety of support requests from dApp users and Validators.
• Become an expert in Entangle blockchain technologies.
• Work independently and within teams.

Requirements

• Some courses in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the blockchain ecosystem.
• Experience with help desk ticketing platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional client-facing and customer service skills.
• DeFi knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with GitHub, JIRA, Confluence is a plus.
