Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical DeFi Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our technical and business teams, ensuring that our DeFi products align with market needs and technical capabilities.

In Short

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define technical requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes and workflows.
• Conduct in-depth research on DeFi protocols and blockchain ecosystems.
• Analyze on-chain data and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.
• Identify technical and operational risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve business processes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on advancements in blockchain technology and DeFi.
• Payments in stable tokens and project tokens as bonus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and blockchain technology.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and Python.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for decentralized finance.
• English at C1 or higher.
