We are seeking a highly intelligent, organised, and proactive Project Coordinator to work directly with the CEO, focusing on tracking tasks and ensuring smooth execution.

In Short

  • Track and follow up on tasks across teams.
  • Use Jira and Confluence to monitor progress and update project boards.
  • Flag delays and critical issues to the CEO.
  • Ensure alignment between teams and maintain accountability.
  • Push for resolutions efficiently and remove bottlenecks.
  • Maintain structured documentation of tasks and progress.
  • Work directly with the CEO in a fast-moving Web3 environment.
  • High-impact role ensuring operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Highly intelligent, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).
  • Web3 experience is a must.
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to dedicate 8-9 hours per working day (Monday to Friday).
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or engineering.
